Providing Accessible Online Banking to People with Disabilities

In the most challenging banking environment since the Great Depression, Prime Access Capital delivers a unique, highly scalable platform allowing participating banks access to a large and heretofore untapped market of 51 million people with disabilities whose aggregate annual income exceeds one trillion dollars.

Our accessibility toolbar makes websites instantly accessible for people with disabilities (“PWD”) by providing a multi-function toolbar that includes zoom, text magnification, color combinations, Text to Speech (TTS) and speech recognition that meet the needs of disabled users.

Relationships with more than 90+ non-profits which will market PAC partner banks’ products and services to their respective constituents in exchange for a pro-rata share of PAC’s revenues.

Virtually every individual and group PAC is targeting has a bank account somewhere, but the power of PAC is in the ability to aggregate these groups.

Why PWD are interested in Prime Access

In 2009 Forrester Media Research reported customer loyalty to banks hit a record low of 35%, which makes PAC's model stronger and more compelling.

In 2008, the US Census Bureau reported 27% of PWD use help for their banking and bill payment.

2009 focus groups conducted for PAC by Open Doors, a leader in research on habits, spending patterns and travel preferences, showed universal dissatisfaction by PWD with their current banks for a variety of reasons.

All members of the focus groups indicated they would change banks if the new bank offered a fully accessible online experience and offered a financial benefit to their non-profit.

Market 90+ Non-Profits Waiting for Accessible Banking

These Non-Profits will market PAC’s banking partners’ services to their constituents and receive financial support through PAC revenue share arrangements.

“Non-profits are more likely to collaborate with a financial partner and they will help penetrate the ‘underserved’ markets efficiently & effectively.” (American Banker, 29 August 2005).

Prime Access Manifesto

We believe in open doors.
That by giving everyone access to banking, we make everyone more independent.
We believe people should be judged for their credit histories and their ability to manage money.
We believe in the right to apply for a mortgage.
Even if you can’t get into the bank or use tools designed for the general public.
We believe in the right to manage your money, even if you cannot see the stock ticker.
We believe in physical and virtual doors being open.
We believe you should only be limited by the quality of your ideas.
That a level playing field helps everyone.
We believe that banking is empowering. It liberates. But it needs to be accessible to everyone, even people with disabilities.
And so, our doors are open.
